Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists
Founder & Board-Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist
Dr. Paige Evans is a board-certified veterinary eye care specialist and founder of Clarity Veterinary Specialists, dedicated to providing advanced eye care for dogs, cats, and other pets. She specializes in diagnosing and treating complex pet eye diseases, ocular emergencies, and visual impairments, helping animals maintain comfort and quality of life.
After several years in small animal general practice, Dr. Evans pursued her passion for veterinary ophthalmology, a specialty focused on the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases in animals. What excites her most about ophthalmology is its intersection with many other veterinary specialties—including oncology, neurology, and internal medicine—which makes every case both challenging and interesting.
Dr. Evans has particular clinical interests in corneal surgery, intraocular surgery, feline ophthalmology, and emergency eye conditions such as corneal ulcers, glaucoma, and traumatic eye injuries. She is committed to delivering advanced surgical and medical eye care for pets using the latest techniques and technologies available in veterinary medicine.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Evans is passionate about education and mentorship. Throughout her career she has actively contributed to the veterinary community by providing continuing education lectures for veterinarians and mentoring veterinary interns and residents in the field of ophthalmology.
As the founder of Clarity Veterinary Specialists, Dr. Evans’ mission is to provide specialty eye care for pets in Central Florida while supporting referring veterinarians and helping pet owners understand and manage their animals’ eye health.
Dr. Evans is excited to call Florida home and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring everything the state has to offer. In her free time, she loves traveling, fishing, scuba diving, and outdoor adventures. She shares her home with her partner, three stepchildren, and their beloved pets: four cats – Ginny, Ron, Dexys, and Meeko – her dog Lylan, and a Mini Lop/Lionhead rabbit named Hermione.
